Will ‘Google +1′ Increase Organic Ranking to Your Website?

The way that it works is that if you search for something that shows up in the organic search listings, it will give you the opportunity to click the +1 button if you found it relevant and liked what the website had to offer. Think of it as the Facebook “like” button of Google.

Many experts believe this could have a significant impact on Google’s search algorithm, although most are unsure if it will be a success. Because relevance is the most important aspect of search, Google is doing whatever it can to make sure the right websites show up for the right keyword string; so why not let the users tell Google what is relevant?
